Shipping during special Offers

During special offers on our equipment we will be giving you free UK shipping. You will need to pay for shipping outside the UK. For EU and Worldwide shipping we will offer you the same cash discount. We only send tracked and signed do we all know where our parcel is ♥

Due to customers wanting other colours than black this will delay us from shipping within a 48 hrs period. The service we use will take 3+ days, however we can not a guarantee the service and you may have to wait 10 working days although this is extremely rare but it can happen, especially out to the EU and worldwide.

If you are wanting equipment for an event by a specific date YOU MUST tell us and we will see if there is a way to get it to you any quicker. This may incur an addition charge.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND that PoleAmorUK is a small company and offers you a specific colour range that is NOT offered by the big companies, for the reasons of delay and they can not offer this as their items are not manufactured here in the UK and by mass volume.
